Refunds & Cancellations

This page explains how to cancel your appliance repair plan and when a refund may be available.

How to cancel

You can request cancellation by calling us or emailing us:

Cooling-off period

Your statutory cooling-off period is 14 days from receipt of your documentation or from the plan start date, whichever is later.

60-day satisfaction refund

If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason in the first 60 days, we may cancel your agreement and refund any fee paid, subject to deductions for services already provided.

Costs already incurred

Where a refund is issued, you may still need to pay for costs we have incurred in providing our service, such as a call-out or repair cost. These charges will not exceed the price of the plan.

Direct Debit cancellation notice

If you pay by Direct Debit, please give us at least seven calendar days' written notice where possible. If notice is given too close to a collection date, payment may already be in progress.
